Why do you use Paypal?
We have used Paypal for about eight years now with absolutely no problems what so ever. PayPal is the largest and most respected online payment processor on the Internet with well over 8 million users. PayPal provides a secure server (SSL) so your transaction is safe.
Can I personally collect my order?
Yes you can, make sure you use the 'collect in person' promo code at the order checkout so as not to incure delivery charges, we will email you when your order is ready to collect.
Can I change my order?
Once a selection is made and paid for online, no changes are possible and all sales are final. Please check your order carefully before you submit your payment.
Delivery Times?
All purchases will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks (standard processing time) plus mail time (canvasing extra 7 days). Only Events and Teams photos will be delivered 1 to 2 weeks plus mail time. Any irregularities must be reported within three days of receipt.
Do you offer refunds?
Because of the personal nature of the products we offer, most of your ordered items will be individual you. Once your order is placed you are committed to your purchase.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Images by Paul photos that I purchase?
You are free to use you purchase in any way you personally wish. The only exception to this is, as always, the copyrights remain ours. Please do not attempt to make copies from our work, it is a serious offence.
