This is the shop web site of ImagesByPaul.co.uk.
We can be reached via e-mail at info@imagesbypaul.co.uk
Our web server automatically records the IP addresses of users visiting the site (as does nearly all other internet websites). From this we can publicly determine a user's ISP (service provider).
This information will never be used for anything other than logging events within the site and user-statistics. However, should the need ever arise when we need to take further action (such as after a hacking attempt, or excessive spam) we can use this information to contact your ISP directly.
Your IP and browser-header information will never be distributed to 3rd parties, and just as with all other customer information, this detail is stored securely and only stored when necessary for the proper functioning of the site. We will only ever provide this information if it is to comply with the law.
We collect the email address of anyone contacting us or anyone registering an account on the site.
The information we collect is used to improve the
content of our Web page, and used to customize the content and/or layout of
our page for each individual visitor.
With respect to cookies, we use cookies only to store visitors preferences (see previous paragraph). We will never pass on personal information to any 3rd party, and we only retain the aforementioned information
to allow us to provide the service we do.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers
on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information
regarding orders they have placed on-line. Again, no personal information such as postal address or telephone will be passed on to 3rd parties.
We do not believe in 3rd party advertisements, and as a result our site is free from such ads (this may not apply to the whole site, rather the shop itself). So no additional tracking cookies or other information associated with ads will be stored on your PC. We may however place our own in-house adverts which we feel might benefit you as a customer.
We will at all times allow a registered account-holder access to their information on the site. Login to see this information and change/update any details accordingly. If you cannot access your account or wish for us to carry out an amendment to your details, we can carry this out for you.
With respect to security, we have implemented security measures in our systems to protect against the loss, misuse or
alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. All sensitive transaction information is fully encrypted at the payment stage by PayPal (our secure payment processor). No such sensitive information is ever stored on our server itself.
